The Culture that have been developed over the years.

Still some of the Executive leadership mindset are traditional and That open mindedness in bringing change is quite restricted. I fear that May be in coming years they wont be able to cope up with work force demands in terms culture preference by employs. They need to pull up their socks upon compensation as far as 24*7 operational is concerned because it has lot of factors involved.
