All about the luck. A typical Sales company. You never know when you will be fired. You miss the target by one month and the very next month HR will ask you to leave the company. Worst company ever. They like experimenting on newbies carrers

It's been almost 2 years since I have been working with this company. The company offers supportive and friendly environment. I also appreciate the positive work culture and how the company values the team work. It makes everyday enjoyable and motivating. It's been a great place to work. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to join a supportive and dynamic team.

The best thing about working with Dyninno is that it comes up with Work and Personal Life balance which I never get with any organization in my previous 12 years of experience. So as a agent from last 3 years, it helped me learn lots of different thing regarding travel and different softwars like gds to work on. Other than that if you are person with full dedication and hardwork you can earn good decent amount of incentives which can encourage to grow and maintain a good work life balance. The work culture is also very much friendly and supportive people.

The only thing i dislike about the company is COC. If a agent doesnt completes his target for the particular month, he/she will be going to monitoring and then PIP and then they will chuck out like its a hire and fire policy.

Its a really good place to work and earn. More you learn, the more you earn here. Dyninno provides you great fascilities like prckup and drop by office cabs. Beautiful office in cyber city. Overall its a really good place to work.

Its been more than 2 years i have been working with Dyninno . there is a positive work environment and good work-life balance. Also, you get to learn new things. For my profile, its not just limited to Helpdesk instead we coordinate with network team and work on the servers as well which is a bigg learning for me. Manager is also very supportive which is a big plus.
