Communication Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Ideate and shoot in-house videos for internal and social media content.
• Comfortable with i-phone photography to create engaging content within office for social media platforms.
• Plan, design and organize in-house and outside events for the engagement and retention of existing and potential employees, such as corporate events, monthly engaging promos and events, job fairs and sports-themed events participation.
• Implement the global internal branding. 
• Develop and order all needed branded materials and goods 
• Create messages for teams, social media, presentations, banners, and media relations material 
• Localize global messages to the local market.
• Coordinate design with the design team. Additional knowledge of photoshop preferred.
• Control over the reputation in external channels (job review sites, social media etc.) 

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of employer branding/ internal communication/ content/PR experience. 
• An exceptional writer (English) in creating content in a variety of styles (social media, internal stories), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in event management.
• Strong interpersonal skills the ability to comfortably navigate a complex matrix organization and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from different management levels, geographies and cultures is imperative.
• Strong sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
