I also appreciate the positive work culture and how the company values the team work. It makes everyday enjoyable and motivating. It's been a great place to work. Working at Dyninno India is a rewarding experience. There are multiple avenues for you to earn great incentives, referral points, referral prizes, and an internal gamification and reward system is there where you can win cool branded stuff. I like the training courses under the L&D department. They help us learn and grow in our career. Sales is a target-driven role and those who understand this role can do wonders here. I have seen people grow from agent to supervisors and then senior supervisors quickly. Yes, there is performance pressure but it is there in all sales roles.
