Responsibilities:  

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via call.  
• Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services 
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers promptly and professionally 

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 
• Fluent in both verbal and written English
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Flexibility to work in Night shifts
