Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage air ticketing operations using Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre systems.
  
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and PNR changes with ease.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving passenger queries efficiently.
  
• Utilize GDS (Global Distribution System) knowledge to book flights and manage itineraries.
  
• Ensure accurate fare calculations and processing of tickets according to IATA regulations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in air ticketing or related field.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple GDS platforms including Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre.
  
• Strong understanding of airline fares rules and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective passenger interaction.
  
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
