The worst company I have worked till now. Higher Level Manager is totally 'Tapori' and don't give respect to his employees. AM of Customer Service is a curse to the company. Bulk resignation is going on due to ill mannered higher management. They hold employees salary without any reason. I pray Happy Easy Go shut down soon.

Only manager Jatin arora He is soft spoken and concern about agents No one else Even all others dont know how to speak employees and expect from us that we should speak in manners to customer If the environment will not cool how the employee handles customers in cool manner That is the reason Heg cs team is worst

They treat their new employees like Labour. As a Cs employees need at least 1 hour break But there is lots of drama for it. Supervisor and team leaders only concern about breaks even bio break Not customer concern If you will ask query or ask for break they will reply as late as they can but if you will go for bio break for 1 min they will ask for meeting for that I think this is only corporate If u will be absent they will not deduct your leave ,they will deduct your salary It is worst than any company Even they hold the salary Team leaders think that he is god and all the things is in hands...Read More
