Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international ticketing operations, including reservations, bookings, and cancellations.
  
• Utilize GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo to process airline tickets.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving passenger queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  
• Ensure accurate processing of PNRs (Passenger Name Records) according to IATA standards.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in air ticketing or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of IATA regulations and industry practices.
  
• Good communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently from home during night shifts.
