Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage international ticketing operations using Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre systems.
  
• Ensure accurate processing of airline tickets and travel documents.
  
• Coordinate with team members to meet customer service standards.
  
• Monitor and resolve issues related to flight cancellations, delays, or changes.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in international ticketing/GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
  
• Strong understanding of IATA rules and regulations.
  
• Proficiency in air ticketing processes and procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with customers and colleagues.
