Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer queries regarding travel bookings, reservations, and travel-related services, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Travel Booking Assistance: Use GDS systems like Amadeus and Galileo to assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, and other travel services.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns related to travel itineraries, cancellations, changes, and other travel-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all customer interactions are informative and helpful, while adhering to company policies and travel regulations
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback as per the company's guidelines.


Preferred candidate profile:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a Travel Process (preferred in customer care or support
roles).

GDS Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo is essential.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional
language skills are a plus.
