Job security - Good

Dislikes

Management is very poor. IJP’s are full of nepotism. Leave system is not so organised. The HR told us in induction that you get 15 medical leaves but you have to apply your earned leaves even for medical issues and that too is only allowed if they let you do so. Not satisfied with the company.
