Urgent Opening For Domestic Ticketing

Job Title: Executive/ Sr. Executive Domestic Ticketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Ticket Issuance:

Book and issue domestic flight tickets using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or airline portals.

• Hotel Reservations:

Handle hotel bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling as per client requirements.

Coordinate with hotels to secure the best deals and ensure special requests are met.

• Fare & Rate Calculations:

Provide clients with the best fare options for travel and accommodation.

• Reservation Management:

Manage flight and hotel reservations efficiently.

• Customer Service:

Address customer queries regarding bookings, changes, and travel plans.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
• Knowledge of domestic airline routes, fares, hotel booking platforms, and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive hotel rates.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Prior experience in ticketing and hotel booking (1-3 years).

Working Hrs Details :

• Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM
• Work Days: 5 Days a Week in Office and Saturday work from Home
• Location: Delhi
