Ticketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Issuing tickets: Issuing tickets, both Domestics and international processing reservations, and handling changes to bookings and issue a boarding pass
• Answering questions about travel arrangements, including routes, schedules, prices, availability, and event details
• Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel
• Keeping accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
• Invoicing tickets and ensuring payment is collected
• Managing GDS queues: Keeping track of PNRS and schedule changes or cancelled messages from the airline
• Providing information on visa requirements and insurance
• Handling travel operations such as quotations, reservations, ticketing, and invoicing
