Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide business-critical support for OGA travelers in India and the Philippines, particularly leadership, in managing the visa process for international travel
- Collaborate with internal teams (Immigration and Mobility, Finance) and external vendor partners to ensure Visa compliance and support taxation initiatives
- Drive additional savings opportunities for the enterprise through effective Visa and travel strategy and management
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) with committed turnaround time metrics
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth Visa processing and compliance
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working in the travel field, either with an agency or in a corporate environment, specifically including supporting travelers with Visa requirements in India and the Philippines
- Experience in supporting Visa applications from India and the Philippines for the US, India, Philippines, and UK/Ireland
- Experience working in a multi-team model, including collaboration with external vendor partners and internal teams
- Expertise in working within an SLA-based model with committed turnaround time metrics
- Experience with vendor management, including negotiations and building the right vendor mix and strategy to support the enterprise
