Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel requirements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa applications, and creating customized travel itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client travel preferences and offer tailored travel solutions.
• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel arrangements efficiently.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers for smooth execution of travel plans.
• Assist clients with visa applications and documentation.
• Provide accurate information about travel destinations, costs, and requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, offers, and regulations.
• Resolve customer inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Up to 2 years of experience in travel planning or related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of travel management software.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, including ticketing and visa processes.
