Travel Consultant

Target: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by delivering customized travel solutions that drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and propose customized travel packages and itineraries based on client needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, tours, and transportation.
• Stay up to date with current travel trends, popular destinations, and safety guidelines.
• Efficiently manage bookings, issue invoices, and prepare travel documents.
• Provide pre- and in-travel assistance to clients, ensuring smooth and enjoyable travel experiences.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with travel suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
• Address and resolve any travel-related concerns with professionalism and care.
• Actively contribute to marketing efforts to promote travel packages and attract new clients.

• Qualifications:
• 2-8 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of both domestic and international travel destinations.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proven sales skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
