Outbound Tour Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage outbound tours from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution of itineraries.
  
• Coordinate with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and other stakeholders for bookings and reservations.
  
• Plan and create personalized holiday packages for clients based on their preferences and budget.
  
• Handle international ticketing, including booking flights and managing travel documents.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns promptly.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in tourism industry or related field (outbound tours).
  
• Strong knowledge of air ticketing, hotel booking, itinerary planning, reservation systems.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
