Job Description
Skyway International Travels is looking for Executive Tours to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Plan, organize, and coordinate tour packages, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide customized solutions.
- Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, airlines, and other service providers to arrange travel accommodations.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order.
- Monitor tour operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers to secure the best deals for clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new travel trends and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations in all tour arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
