Osaka Group is looking for Ticketing - Reservation Staff to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Assist customers with booking and reserving tickets for various modes of transportation.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information on schedules, availability, and pricing.
- Process payments and issue tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cancellations, changes, and special requests for reservations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, fare rules, and company policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
- Coordinate with travel partners and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for reporting purposes.
- Support the implementation of promotional offers and loyalty programs.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products and services.
