Job Description
- Assist passengers with booking reservations, issuing tickets, and processing payments.
- Provide information on flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, and travel policies.
- Check-in passengers and their baggage; ensure compliance with security and safety regulations.
- Resolve booking discrepancies, seat assignment issues, and other customer inquiries.
- Handle changes to flight itineraries, including rebooking flights and issuing new tickets.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities.
- Coordinate with airline staff, ground crew, and airport authorities to ensure smooth passenger flow.
- Promote and sell ancillary products and services, such as travel insurance and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, passenger interactions, and flight transactions.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to enhance the passenger experience.
