Outbound Tour Executive / Assistant Outbound Tour Manager

The Short-Haul / Long - Haul Destinations Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and providing expert guidance to clients planning travel to short-haul / long - haul destinations. This role involves identifying client needs, promoting destination packages, and ensuring seamless travel planning while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Actively seek new clients through networking, referrals, and online channels.
- Promote and sell short-haul destination packages to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

2. Travel Planning and Consultation:
- Understand client preferences and provide tailored travel solutions.
- Suggest suitable itineraries, accommodations, and experiences based on destination knowledge.

3. Market Research and Destination Expertise:
- Stay updated on short-haul / long-haul destinations, trends, and new offerings.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Aeronet Holidays' packages and promotions.

4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Address client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

5. Coordination and Documentation:
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Handle bookings, payment processing, and documentation efficiently.
