Urgent Opening- HR Manager or Senior Executive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
  
• Conduct shortlisting, interviewing, and sourcing profiles for various positions across the organization.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their talent requirements.
  
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Handling all Admin Work related to HR
• HR operations
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment management, or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and creating job posting
• Experience with social recruiting platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed Recruiter or similar tools.
• Expertise in job descriptions,
• Expertise in Salary negotiations, onboarding, leave management, payroll processing, and employee retention, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
