HR Recruiter
Summary:
As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting qualified
candidates to fill various job openings within the organization. You will play a critical role in
building a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with the company's goals and culture.
The HR Recruiter works closely with hiring managers and HR team members to facilitate the
hiring process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, professional
networks, referrals, and other channels to identify potential candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady pool of qualified
candidates for current and future openings.
2. Recruitment Process Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job
requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms and company career pages.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates for further assessment.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Candidate Evaluation and Selection:
- Administer pre-employment tests and assessments as required.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Gather feedback from interviewers and make recommendations for candidate selection.
- Perform reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
4. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:
- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
- Ensure all recruitment activities and candidate interactions are accurately documented.
- Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment progress and effectiveness.
5. Employer Branding:
- Help promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
6. Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the
recruitment process.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates regarding their application
status.
7. Recruitment Compliance:
- Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with all legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or
equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
