Job Overview: The Academics operations is centrally responsible for overseeing the academic
results across all campuses of IIC Lakshya. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong
leadership skills to ensure the highest standards of academic excellence and continuous
improvement in teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Leadership:
○ Lead and manage the academic department to achieve and maintain high
academic standards.
○ Develop and implement academic policies and procedures to enhance the quality
of education.
2. Faculty Management:
○ Recruit, train, and mentor faculty members to ensure effective teaching practices.
○ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to faculty.
3. Student Performance:
○ Monitor and analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement.
○ Implement strategies to enhance student outcomes and ensure high pass rates.
4. Quality Assurance:
○ Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure academic
excellence.
○ Conduct regular audits of teaching practices and student assessments.
5. Innovation in Teaching:
○ Promote the use of innovative teaching methodologies and technologies.
○ Encourage continuous professional development for faculty members.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
○ Collaborate with other departments to support academic initiatives.
○ Communicate effectively with students, parents, and stakeholders regarding
academic matters.
7. Compliance:
○ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
○ Keep abreast of changes in education regulations and implement necessary
adjustments.
8. Reporting:
○ Prepare and present reports on academic performance to the Managing Director
and other stakeholders.
○ Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
