Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions.

2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.

3. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

4. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or video interviews.

5. Maintain accurate and organized records of applicants and interview notes.

6. Assist with onboarding of new hires and integration into the company.
