GDS Expert - Travel Process

Preferred candidate profile

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years of GDS (Amadeus/ Sabre/ Galileo) "Cryptic Command Window" experience required (Amadeus preferred)
• Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in ticket settlement in ARC and/or BSP preferred.
• Detailed knowledge and experience directly working in airline GDS systems: Sabre or Amadeus.
• Farelogix experience is preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills Both Verbal and Written Required

Role & responsibilities

• Travel Customer Service
• Resolution for Issues with regards to ticketing/ schedule change/ reservations.
• Ticketing/ Fare Auditing, Schedule changes, name corrections, MCOs, Residuals, manual calculations, complex itineraries (international, multi-destination, different currencies), etc. Ticket issuance.
• Voice Customer Service
• Airline, Hotel, Cab Reservations.
