Job Title: Ticketing Travel Expert

Location: Gurgaon, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling travel bookings for both domestic and international destinations.
• Issuing tickets, making reservations, and assisting with changes to bookings.
• Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel plans for customers.
• Provide accurate, timely, and efficient customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with new travel trends, offers, and ticketing systems.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues related to ticketing and travel arrangements.
• Ensure all bookings are processed and confirmed correctly, including fare calculations and itineraries.
• Assist customers with travel documentation (passports, visas, etc.).

Key Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in ticketing and travel coordination, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Experience with international travel regulations and visa processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of airline and travel industry standards and fare rules.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism or related fields.
• Previous experience working with a travel agency or corporate travel management.
