Senior Associate Integrated Risk Management

This individual is responsible for completing all assigned control evaluation and attending all internal and external calibration sessions as assigned. ORM Compliance in this role get to:

Define Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and compliance check to assure security aspect of the process.

Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or colleagues; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.

Keep management updated: Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports.

Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations.

Our most successful candidates will have:

• 2 years' experience in Security compliance testing and auditing of controls
• Experience in Air Travel industry is a must.
• Evaluate if the risk management practices are in line with the operational risk by business or industry vertical.
• Support implementation of audit strategies to mitigate risks arising out of the day-to-day operations of the programs.
• Continuous interactions with other functions to reinforce the objectives of Operational Risk and in strengthening of processes.
• Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the leadership team w.r.t. Operational risk.
• Ability to lead compliance level discussion with process leaders
• Ability to work in MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pro-active ability in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
• Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
