Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Executive to oversee all aspects of our travel operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in visa processing, end-to-end travel management, and travel management tools, with a strong focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing international and domestic travel arrangements for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas.
• Oversee visa processing for international travel, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Utilize travel management tools, including Concur, to streamline travel booking and expense management.
• Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and cost savings.
• Negotiate contracts with travel service providers to secure the best rates and services.
• Monitor and analyze travel expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding travel policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in travel regulations.
• DSR and Monthly reports and MIS

Required Skills:

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in travel management and visa processing.
• Proficiency in using travel management tools like Concur.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Certification: IATA (International Air Transport Association) certification.
• Experience in negotiating contracts with travel service providers.
• Familiarity with travel expense analysis and cost-saving strategies.
• Understanding of international travel regulations and compliance.
• Experience in developing and implementing travel policies and procedures.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
