Walk-in For Recruiter - International BPO

Role & responsibilities

• Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
• Conducting confidential interviews & checking references
• Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications.
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
• Maintain trackers & meeting scheduled delivery of resources as per planned batches.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 12 to 18 months of experience in Financial / Non-financial BPO Hiring
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes
• Strong knowledge of candidate's selection methods
• Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
• Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or related field (preferred)
