Ambience is good but there is no food and cab. Some people are good in the organization, they are supportive.

Dislikes

All the things in the company are toxic, and the culture is very toxic. I'm currently in my probation period, and the things are heading towards resignation due to may issues. There is no professionalism here. They always put pression for the submission despite the limited resources. They only have ceipal, and the integrated system are dice and monster. They have career builder with limited credits, which get exhausted with in 10 days. Initially, they require 2 submission per day, but now they need 3 or more with fewer resources. you must allows follows the hierarchy to speak with senior whenever you have important concern or not. Meeting occur on daily basis, but no fruitful result comes from them. They don't require quality, only a large number of submission. toxic, toxic...Read More
