I disliked accepting calls from home ,working at Convergys. It disrupted my work-life balance.

Work Details

It was average.As a Customer care executive,I was given good ambience.I was given a system to work on.I was provided with the process manager ,and the Team Leader for good guidance,and help.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The overall experience has been amazing. People are really helpful and do understand that home is also as important as work. The only issue can be the salary. There can be lot of deductions which we don't expect. And sometimes the work load get over the head.
