Management is great, They will push to unleash your potential. 👍Job security is there. Incentive are great depend on the project. Will get a good exposure for a new bie who want to grow in IT sector. I'll recommend to join Convergys as it nourish the employee at their best.

Dislikes

The work pressure depends on which technology you are hired for. But there is lack of training which stands as barrier for Convergys to become number 1 in their field. Due to covid there is no support from TL but that we have to manage.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
