Likes

The first 5 years of my career were absolutely excellent, I didn't encounter to much politics also got lot of opportunities to grow and learn.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

In the last few years of my career not much happened , there wasn't much learning opportunities. Even the things that I would have been good at were given to people favored .Also didn't get much in my appraisal was always told you are already on the higher bracket so not much .Which from an employee point of view wasn't very encouraging.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
