At the beginning you will feel like you are in some big MNC, then after the probation period, lots of audits happen and TL starts giving targets to achieve, then Ops manager intervenes and gives you a warning letter. Puts everything on client and terminate you. Sometimes the process get shuts down.

Few years ago, I would've had plenty of nice things to say about this company but all of that has taken a major dip since initial phases of lockdown. The only good aspect left is supportive Teammates who are directly affected by the recent scrutinized changes within the company

Ever since first lockdown, we have been asked to sign a bond that violates every part of the word 'privacy' by setting up an AI face camera which tracks and monitors all of our actions for complete duration of shift everyday. Employee retention rate drastically decreased since the merger and instead of identifying areas of improvement, they just made it harder to leave the organization by changing notice period from 30 to 60 to 90 in a span of 3 years and the recent tales of micromanaging has taken employee morale to worst. Scorecard is everything but employee friendly. Growth opportunities are available in plenty across departments and pan India but if one wants to grow in a specific program, it's a tedious and slow growth. Salary hikes are atrocious. For couple of years there's no hike and the third year they just add some big number as arrears to show something on record. Lot of politics involved. Management loves to give feedback often but at the same time cannot take one. Update 2: Yet again, the company went ahead and decided to empower their AI-powered face camera over empowering their human workforce. Bring a mobile in front of camera or another human passes by the camera vicinity.... Employee terminated. No further discussion. Performance based incentives have been slashed to less than 50% and to get the full incentive, one must meet each and every parameter of scorecard, which is next to impossible. Margin of error on cases handled is now 0.5%. One mistake on a single case can cost an entire month of incentive for someone. Micromanagement is the new normal here....Read More
