Job security is very high until and unless you're doing something with very high severity they will not throw you out of the company. They keep their employees with themselves. Work culture is extremely good and it's also depends upon your behaviour. Salary is also good with compare to the other companies.

There is nothing you like here all the waste and dumb people here managers also uneducated and they are only promoting there fav..ones and HR is also a shit person in wheelz process because a single person does not know about there HR who is ur HR. no safety for girls in this company every manager and SME try to set girls in this organization and also after so many complaints there is no HR and manager involve just change the LOB i think wheelz is such a shit process so that's why all LOB's are going Ramp down again and again because in this process there is no single person who is educated at the upper level position all are fake by there face and the reality is different. Management is dumb and stupid i think thiss is the worst process in concentrix . All things is not good from training too end manager all are uneducated. Just they are here to impress girls not doing work so here iss the main reasons of there LOB's ramp down. Trainers did not know what to teach and what to do all trainers are stupid and did not know about the process what is going on and what was in the process just try to explain only some points and rest have to be learn on production floor so thats wjy there Lob's got rampdown because of the trainers and managers. I like the work environment and mostly security for the women at nights shifts by providing cabs along with the security guard.. and different types of app where we can know about the new things. Eg map location for cabs. And many other. As the back end also supports well with the help we need. And the recruitment process. And the best managers with best Oms there. Recently I’ll share my experience with Cnx. After four years gap I thought of doing job again as I got selected in other company and everything went smoothly but the company required my last 3 months payslips but I didn’t download them at the time of resignation so I just want to know is there any chance that I can get my payslips but all said it’s impossible to get but after reaching Cnx people the back end system helped and gave my payslips with in 48 hrs after receiving my payslips all went smoothly for my onboarding.. vi am happy with CNX over all....Read More

Worst company, No career growth and they won't provide promotion and appraisal even they will deduct salary & year by year at least they should increase salary but in this company salary will decease if you stay here longer time & work life they will torture and indirectly make us leave company.

In CNX after so much hard work , I didn't even get sufficient salary and hike. After 4 years and 3 promotions my salary is almost similar to an agent . In your notice period they will avoid you and do nothing for you. Even they do not pick your calls .

No hikes in salary, if you work here more than two years there is no growth in the salary, if they want to remove employees they will give un achievable target's and throughing employee's into PLA, PSP

Honestly, only good thing about Concentrix is their Job Security to some extent. They are not one of those company which will suddenly sack you in one fine morning.

Many, no work life balance is there. They typically micro manage the employees which somewhat makes things difficult to work for. Even in rotational shifts, you don’t get any single week off or shift preferences not even in a emergency situation or even if you have given a week off preference a month priorly. Your complaint to the HR regarding any certain things doesn’t really get resolved and even your hierarchy only questions you and make things difficult for you. For any complaint, HR only tries to suppress the matter. Even on week offs you get calls from office or sometimes you are being asked about the activities you do which impacts the privacy and work life balance.
