Genpact is a good company with good environment. They not only focus on work, but also they encourage extra engaging activities and a eco friendly environment. This makes us to feel good to work and come up with new ideas which will help us to grow to the next next level very easily and joyfully.

Dislikes

The thing which I somewhat dislike is the office space. Because the office is slightly small when comparing to the employees strength. But now they're getting renovated to come up with extra spaces and floors.

Only postive thing I feel is. Genpact is good choice for freshers to understand corporate rapidly.

Dislikes

Less recognitions, super delay in appreciations, promotion needs atleast 3yrs in company which is very discouraging. No holidays and 50% of incentive will be deducted if any upl which is not at all fair!

The leadership is there with you, sitting next to you. The actual visibility in layman language. One can learn and shadow multiple task or skills can be improved. Training and learning are one of the best features one can apply for and it’s easy to apply unlike other organisation.

Dislikes

I do not have dislikes however the one part that I really think that can improve is Salary structure. This should at least match the brand value that Genpact has in the market.

He is currently manager at crossriver bank transaction monitoring team Too much work pressure Target is set so high so that no one is able to meet expectations We have to work on saturdays and sundays

Easy to get through management redressal system . Don’t know about other projects so far the Projects worked for are great in rms of learning and upskilling yourself . Also supportive managers ., hybrid work model gives employee a freedom to manager personal as well as organisational goals effectively.

Dislikes

Slow growth and appraisals scale . Some projects are really hectic that really on the nerves of the employees . Some initial positions do require some great efforts like to log in for 11/12 hrs to maintain the average login hours report .

No work life balance Don't provide basic IT requirements for work. And blame employee for not providing data on time. Biased management don't like people who are from different states. Hire people from different states, places far from Hyderabad but not ready to approve long leaves. If you are sick and taking leave still you will be penalized. No team outings. No extra benefits. Not even giving a small token of appreciation or gift on diwali. No welcome kit. Not providing a proper hygienic infrastructure to work. Worst transport facilities. Not respecting employees time. 6 days working, only one week of, salary also is 15k per month only, customers u get are terrible, it's more like a sales roles, if ur interested in sales then only apply for this role else dont

If we talk about dislikes, then there is nothing disliked. There is just a small problem inside the stomach that if we are talking about transport then there is a little issue in transport. Otherwise everything is ok.There should be a good increment so that every employee can live his life well. The way things are getting expensive, the way people have medical issues, etc.

Starting with recruitment team, absolutely unskilled. They update incorrect details in joining documents, do not update bank or PF information correctly, and there is no proper point of contact. Salary in hand and perks offered and actual salary received is in stark contrast, lot of hidden adjustments so if you receive the perks as promised, consider yourself lucky.
