High attrition rate, poor work life balance, poor salary hikes, over the shifts work, cannot move to other projects easily and life will be stressed. Better to sell chai and samosa. Then after, Even you can make better money then average assistant manager of Genpact

- Improper management of new joiners. They won't give you any information about the company. You would have to figure it out yoirself. - The managers are weird and egoistic. They would take actions out of aggression and not because they want you to do better as an employee. - The safety is a joke. Transpost team emails you manager the next day if you did not press safereach after off boarding. Something could happen to you and no one would know. - You have to work 7 days just because your managers don't care about the warning signs of queue overflowing....Read More

First of all this is a MNC. So, job security is top priority, and management is good but you have to take of things by own.

While the company had positive aspects, certain practices and conditions raised concerns: Transportation Limitations: The provision of one-sided pickup without drop-off facilities created significant logistical challenges, especially for employees working late shifts. This often left employees without a reliable way to return home safely after work. Restricted Access to Personal Devices: The policy prohibiting personal phones in the workplace limited communication opportunities and posed challenges in emergency situations, where being reachable was crucial. Food and Canteen Services: The canteen facilities were not operational during night shifts, despite clear recognition that many employees worked during those hours. This lack of support for staff working late may have affected employee morale and well-being. High-Pressure Environment: Employees frequently experienced pressure to meet cold-calling targets, sometimes receiving calls from team leaders during lunch breaks, which disrupted personal time and contributed to stress. Management Practices: There was a noticeable gap in the technical competence of some team leaders, specifically regarding essential tools such as Gmail and Microsoft Teams. This lack of knowledge hindered effective communication and operational efficiency. Inflexibility Regarding Attendance: Instances arose where genuine reasons for absence, such as road reconstruction in my area or personal illness, were not adequately understood or accepted by team leaders. This led to undue pressure to report to the office without consideration of circumstances beyond my control. Unprofessional Conduct: I experienced a lack of professional support from management during my probation period. For example, when I was severely ill and unable to attend work, I was not only asked for medical proof but was also threatened with salary deductions. After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. All procedures are not known to anyone. Some queries remain unresolved. For any new change, IT and support teams take very long but knowing this managers do not patience and blame employee about the delay.

No one role IJP in Genpact so not a good place to work if you want to work only try for process developer which is on papers. Please kindly request to put everything on papers for the employees

It was amazing company as it provides growth and good salary

1 side cab only without ac and it provide shuttle from 1 side from metro station in summers shuttle that also do not have ac and the process was not at good totally biased they had hired candidate just for firing them on basis of gender if she is a female they will put you on bench and ask to leave after 3 months. No job security in this.

There is no food and only one way cab transport facility no other benefits they won't give paid leaves which are ours to take and ask a reason for every leave and ask of medical documents for each and every day of leave taken by you and Genpact deducts the Provident fund double the amount from the employees salary I say never join here otherwise you will be stuck in here and won't get growth in the life pays us even cheaper than a labour and treat us like a labour never respects our work there is no appreciation in the Genpact and yearly increment is like 7 out of 100 I hope you understand this because it's a compliance to share confidential things right!...Read More

Genpact is a good company with good environment. They not only focus on work, but also they encourage extra engaging activities and a eco friendly environment. This makes us to feel good to work and come up with new ideas which will help us to grow to the next next level very easily and joyfully.

Dislikes

The thing which I somewhat dislike is the office space. Because the office is slightly small when comparing to the employees strength. But now they're getting renovated to come up with extra spaces and floors.
