I work in insurance vertical in Genpact. Cat Modelling . And the work is chill it is quarterly work. there is high volume in November and December only. Good growth and learning

No increment year on year max is 5%.

Genpact as a company has great roots and culture. The working environment is great for juniors, since the managers try to provide a platform and offer help whenever needed. Genpact offers good learning opportunities by designing trainings from time to time for all it's employees. Dislikes

While there are many good things about Genpact, the salary structure and incremental growth structure needs to be updated to stay at par with the latest industry standards. The benefits are also not that great in comparison to other service based companies.

When I was in Genpact working environment is very good. All team member's were supportive. Genpact Management is always best. Also they provide the cab facilities for employees.

You don't get easily fired even if your business ramps down. You can join a new project with the help of Talent Management.

Dislikes

They don't provide increments as per markets. People ingrown will not be given good hikes vs poeple hired from outside with less experience on higher salaries disappoint in grown people with similar skills.

No knowledge training. Manager ask you questions since day 1 as he himself doesn’t know the answer. You are required to work on deathbed. Hr is corrupt, senior management is corrupt. Don’t waste your time in such a punny company. No knowledge gain. No salary increment. They will put you on bench within one year. And notice period is of three months. You are chained to death.

The job security as if you do the worst also they won't fire you they put you under bench and performance improvement

Depending on your projects, either you work too much or you don't work at all, if you work too much you get an annual appraisal of 4.3% - 7 percent max If you work too little you get 0-4.3%

Dislikes

Low Annual increment, Non-AC CAB ( bhai Mosquitoes bite in CAP) , have more hiring budget then retention budget.
