Compensation and Benefits are the the worst in Genpact. Plus there is no defined criteria for promotion. Some people get promoted in no time, while others have to struggle for years.

If you want to grow in your life then there's a lot of opportunities and specially for freshers. You won't get such type of benefits in another company. I'd been there for 1.7 year and if I get a chance to go back again there i would definitely go there. In current company work is boring and I miss Genpact work that was quite interesting and has a lot to learn.

Poor cab facilities they will charge from your salary for cab facility. In noida location there is pathetic cafeteria companies HR are the worst.

Nothing worked for three years worst lady ops manager in there one of the upi platform process she do not have manners how to talk and others managers also follow her as they believe this is the only way to be a manager and work

Their RTA system that js just a fish market RTA feels they are the owners of company and agent who are working hard are just their servant all the laddies over there don’t have any standards and shame

It was my first job so it was really a dream come true for me.... Genpact has its own impact in MNC'S... it is a very good company with all the comforts and facilities which a everyone needed... the process in which I got selected was a Banking process and it was a good process...

Actually ... the process in which I was working was a night shift and I was requesting for a day shift but the company was not unable to give me a day shift .... they can be many reasons behind... but this something which has disappointed me... if they would have given me a day shift I would have been continuing with them .... because it was my first job of my life...

Companies culture depends on Manager's behaviour and they don't value employees concerns. The lower your position is the lead your concerns will be valued. Managers don't treat everyone equally. Their on paper value rules for employees are far away than floor reality.

Nothing because as employee they don’t care. They just take care about them or company not at all think about us.

Salary Increment , Threaten by Manager by various way because he has power. He never support anytime they also don’t pick up the call they just rule over us and many things .But i am very when i join this organisation and gave my 4 year 6 month and now i realise that this was my biggest mistake.

Very Very Low Salary No Free Cab Facility No Refreshments Promotions are slow No proper training for new hires Working from office at this salary is slavery nothing else . Atleast they should give WFH if salary is low. Hybrid model after few months is just a gimmick.
