Only the HIS part is good in this company. If you're in safe hands means if your Supervisor and Manager is good then you can work life will be balanced otherwise no chance.

Toxic environment work culture, no one understands your problem they will throw you out. HR are pathetic never helped or listened. Worst company company doesn't care about you or your problem. So it's better to leave before it's too late and it's impacted your health and career.

I don't know anything about TCS as we are working for client. And in interviews we are selected for IT role and now we are working for the project which is not as BPS role also. Even BPS got a good project. So please understand move to the projects accordingly. There is career growth for the project that I am working for. And the project is ITMS which is simply a Apple Maps project.

You don't have to worry about getting fired. If you behave as per their terms, then you are safe. Even if the project is ramped down they will protect you and allocate you to another project. They have an established process for this.

Everything except job security. Major cons 1. Dress code to follow 2. Slow process and less driven culture 3. Slow promotion 4. 4% hire every 2 years

Overall pathetic no work life balance 10 hrs shift. compulsory 5 days office attendance no hybrid model. salary and hikes are peanuts. Will suggest if you are a fresher or nelow 35 to not come here once you're in a management role then tcs is good for retirement

A lot of harrasment in work environment. HR is least bothered about employee satisfaction. Food quality, even drinking water is not available. Everything is bad here. Too much politics in management. Management just tortures the associates. They don't use resources according to their skill sets

Everything.. Starting from worklife balance, culture, people there aren't skilled enough, no way to learn things, the company doesn't promote celebrations of festivals, no bonus or incentives.. Hikes and increments aren't given properly, promotion system is too poor there. Employees aren't motivated in the company.. And there's nothing such cultural activities to boost employees.
