It's the Mindset , every time they are thinking of cost cutting. They don't use Microsoft office, Outlook, Teams...you can understand the label of cost cutting. And CTC and the amount you will receive is different.

The only thing I like about TCS is the brand name it has got outside. I respect the Tata Empire Other than that the company salary, infrastructure, internal rules inside the company are too bad. No promotion for the first year and very negligible percentage the next year. 1.7 % hike. No discussions on career, no talks about growth. Bad working environment and most of them are tamilians. No fun, no salary increment, no shift allowance in early morning shift, no promotion, no talks with manager, we are left on our own. Very bad work environment. Infrastructure is poor. Overall a bad place to work. Work from office rules, reduction in Pay for not working from office. 10 hours shift with one hour break.

I really liked them when they come for interviews based on Internal job postings. And providing many assurances. Respect to employees working culture for onsite employees

Dislikes

Onsite management occupied with their own schedule. Shows little or no response to offshore co members. Rarely responds to requests for assistance or guidance. Appears to prioritize self presentation for appraisal over teamworks More proactive involvement would inmprove collaboration and Outcomes. Tcs profit is in million or billions but nothing ends up in employees hand even after appraisal.
