Its a tire 1 company so in BPS end does not provide the right designation as per mentioned in offer letter even after training period also same as process the employee like fresher in that project. Not provide the promotion and hike are at below 5 percent.

Micromanagement, There are some Leads and managers who openly say "we are doing Miro-management or have to do micor-management". Accepts any tasks any time without reviewing the Team loads, just to make upper management happy. Employees Shift times are not respected.

i was work with tcs to its one the projeject for 6 years and after complition of project they throw away all employe who worked in this project this happed in 2016 we all 100+ employee but they not kept on bench direct throw away this is not good for any company like this repudated company.

I hate this company because i have worked here for 9 years in 4 different teams but any where you go people in bangalore think champus. manager getting there own brother sister and friends and giving them hike but the members who is actually working hard should just suffer a lot

Fresher can look for other oppurtunity as here working pressure is minimum which become an individual 9 to 5 working person or depend on person to person how they utilize their time.

There is nothing to be liked here in TCS, You will work and you gain nothing. And the 90 days NP sucks. It feels like you are stuck here.

Hike is like 2% you will be made fool here you will be getting 4lpa and same work will be done by your teammates they will be getting 11LpA. While working TCS for 2-3 years you will be feeling like ita better to resign and work in call centre or sales man and stay nearby with your family. If you had so much responsibilities in your head then believe me you won't have enough money to buy go to clinic for any dieses. Only thing that is good is job security.No matter how dumb you are no one will fire you if you are in TCS.
