- Terrible Management - False promises - Switching roles and projects internally is a nightmare which wouldn't be needed if expected role is given at the first place - Most employees preferences are security and on-site, not worried about growth which makes everyone to work in more relaxed manner. So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Salary and salary hike is very less compare to others even though you are top performer and rated as "A" category employee as per their policy. If you joined as a First company of TCS then you will be paid just like a labour. People working on other organization having same experience earns more than Double compare to TCS. Nowadays forgot about promotion. If you are lucky enough then only you will get it. Poor infrastructure, lack basic software for new joiner like Microsoft Team, Outlook, webmail thay too upto 200 MB only , 70 % cut Quaterly performance pay without any reason for all employees new joiner also.Lot of process for simple thong also .
