1- TCS work life balance is really good for most of the projects. 2. The training and development programs are also good and accessible to everyone in the company.

Dislikes

1)Poorest salary structure in the TCS 2. Outdated appraisal process; Strong favoritism, and local community culture. One can not survive with only talent. 3) They cut huge amount of qurtarly Pay in salary.

Likes

Only Brand name , nowadays TCS is not giving proper remuneration to Employees. Top level management and mid level Managers doing dirty politics . Not allowing juniors , senior associates to grow in most of the projects. We can work in a showroom and get proper hike every year for our qork5

Over all TCS is not good only using brand name but waste work life balance , too less salary hike , stress full over pressure in projects by Andhra pradhesh pyscho managers

If you have good package and you looking relax and very little work to do then join TCS. You will get lots of learning opportunities only if your reporting manager approved. Company culture is good, but it will not useful for (L1, L2) Employees. If you want pramotion or good appraisals then you should obey each and every things of your manager's orders. Or be in his / her good list.

You do whatever things very hard to get pramotion on time, you will not get approval for external certification,

You can learn if you get good project and good supervisor

Dislikes

Injustice to existing employees by not giving deserving salary and hikes. Whereas TCS recruites peeple from outside giving 2× 3× salary. There is no fixed policy. Lots of more other factors

...problems will not be approved and salary increment is worst and no promotion . They will announce quarterly variable bonus under CTC but they will never pay the amount after ITA designation .

There is nothing good about TCS . Never join TCS .
