Hike For lateral no hike for 3 years or 1% hike Some of the account has worst management, they will mislead you, lies to you, no matter how hard you work, no appreciation

You can learn if you get good project and good supervisor

Injustice to existing employees by not giving deserving salary and hikes. Whereas TCS recruites peeple from outside giving 2× 3× salary. There is no fixed policy. Lots of more other factors

...problems will not be approved and salary increment is worst and no promotion . They will announce quarterly variable bonus under CTC but they will never pay the amount after ITA designation .

There is nothing good about TCS . Never join TCS .

Stable company at its best, very good infrastructure, ample leaves, best health insurance scheme for employees.

Dislikes

...micro manage. Management is not very transparent., so clear line of authority. If you got a good package then salary is fine, but if you joined at a low package, you WILL stay at this low package for ages.

1. Increment is not market standards. 2. No anniversary appraisal for lateral. 3. Forcefully asking for work from office where there is no proper seating arrangements in office.
