There are plenty of projects available to work.There is also ample opportunities to work in different technologies and even to change domain in TCS

Salary pay package is very less for employees who remain loyal to company and are working for company for many years now.

Good people ,work life balance ,very generous.During COVID they took a lot care about the employees well being.Medical insurance best in class .

Compensation .Need to raise as per the market standards .Hight chance of lossing good talent .In long term it might impact ,but big companies can survive .

Compensation structure & salary growth are not at all good, all pay will goes towards variable. No benefits by company for tax savings. Salary is 50% low compared to market.

1.Onsite 2.Work life balance but depends on project to project. Associates working in service base project has time for family. In product based project less associates are onboarded in project and need to work a lost. 3.Brand values

Very low salary Now onsite is also reduced as client become smart and not willing to pay more Promotions delay to 2 to 3 years is very common
