Dislikes

limited career growth opportunities, inconsistent project assignments, poor management, below-average compensation, difficulty getting promotions, Employees might be put on projects that don't align with their skillset or are not challenging, leading to a feeling of stagnation.

Work life balance is good. Great chance to upskill yourself by getting various trainings and membership to premium platforms like Coursera, Udemy and Pluralsight. Get one cloud certification reimbursement per year. Keeps employees updated with training related trending technologies like generative AI.

Dislikes

As a fresher you may end up working for the same position and on same salary for long period. I have saw the freshers(who have done graduation from BCS, BCA) who joins Capgemini at CTC 2.5 LPA and after 3 years was on 2.75 LPA. So as a fresher you might stuck in this. You might get selected for technical role but after you may end up doing support task(For fresher's who's first company is Capgemini).

Management, Support from TLs and managers, Job Opportunities are not there even if you are eligible you will not get any chance to change your Job Role. Biased behaviour of managers towards some agents.

Very bad appraisal structure and compensation benefits, you might join at high salary cap but within a year or so you will be under paid
