Too much too handle the management, worst work culture in Bangalore, don’t come for growth and hike, it will not happen here snd especially there is a manager who runs the PM Project, He is completely skillless guy and waste candidate, he will only care about people who bucket to him , and too much politics. No safety for job snd they will suddenly call and ask you to leave the job..

Mphasis do not give good hike and there's no tool they use for wfm so no new learning. They give freshers more package then experienced candidates. No appraisal in a year.

Nothing to like to be specific, the office environment feels like jail. They need to upgrade.

The ambience is boring, not even bright colors used inside. Lights too dim feels very negative while working. The work load is too much and if you choose to wfh then systems go down now and then. The IT team is very slow in terms of system repairs. The work is too much and if you dont do, they make you extend shift. Cab service is not free (600rs) and they charge you incase you miss the cab. Getting a medical leave is off. I had root canal and the manager made me to be available at shift. Its that pathetic. If you want money, go for it, you wont find peace for sure. Overall it is good for learning. Its just learning platform.

Appraisal are not good. Salary is not worth for the work we do. There are not even perks provided for festivals as a gratitude to employees. it is having more people struggling to get paid properly.

I have been there for more than a year. I have seen good opportunity on the floor. People are friendly good environment to work in. Night shift allowance are there based on project. If you get out of one project there is a lot project that offers more opportunities. Here you will get people from high motivated to people who are taking advantage of the company treating as a government job. They say you will get good variable pay but this is not so, it come between 20-30% of your variable pay Bench policies not good , 1 month full pay and 2 month half pay during bench period Don't expect upraisal Managers have no power to do anything, they only can give warnings to people who are irregular and with bad behaviour....Read More
