I do want to leave as soon as i get a new job but concentrix is not a bad company, working environment is good, cafeteria is also good i would say.

everything else is good other than low salary and a ton of work. If you are okay with night shifts, you should be able to work here. Oh and also working hours are like 10hr a day and you only get ,1 hour break (this is including washrooms break)

Management sucks, I swear I work there and this has been a horrible experience. You'll have to continuously handle dual chat simultaneously and when the flow is high, they will make it to triple. Night shifts are worst, you won't even get the time to enjoy your break. When the flow is high, they'll freeze your break and you can't argue about it, as management don't gives a shit about agent. You'll have to meet daily chat target while maintaining One star, Average Chat handing time, bliss hour and what not. They easily put blame on agents as they are an easy prey. You won't enjoy your life working here as the only thing you'll think is to end the shift. Rotational shifts are gonna lose your mental health really well.
