This used to be a great place to work but not anymore
I’m deeply disappointed with this organization. What once felt like a dream job has turned into a nightmare due to sudden leadership changes and toxic office politics. The best managers have been let go, leaving us with zero job security. It’s disheartening to see knowledgeable individuals with high qualities are dismissed simply because they were perceived as threats. The work culture has deteriorated significantly, and it feels like no one is safe anymore. Appraisal are really bad. Not much opportunities to get promoted as they ask for experience even in IJP promotions and does bot give chance to someone who wants to learn. Also it is 3 Days a week work from office but there should be option for people living out of station to work for 12 days in 1 go nd then work from home so that they can manage family and work together.

Toxic culture & Favoritism. Making 3days Hybrid model and forcing employees to quit if they don't come to office 3 days a week. HRBP tells it is policy and set up call with employees by targeting individually and fix a date and tell to resign. She was very arrogant & care free attitude said this is instruction from HR head & just inverge to make me resign. This is not just my case she has contacted same week another collague of mine & done the same. Total planned attrition phase wise which is done by showing some false allegations on employees just for internal records to cover up attrition. Leadership team needs to protect employees. Senior Management is very unsupportive. They behave as though their only responsibility is organising events and approving timesheets. Lack people management skills and are never around to support during challenging project delivery situations. Always take the side of the customers and are never available or support employees.

CC use to be one of the best places to work because managers put in lot of effort after employees joined, making each one of them feel valued but this will not be the case anymore.
This organization use to be a peaceful environment to work with but in recent times there is a noticeable level of internal politics at various level which affects the team dynamics and overall morale. the decision from top management is very shocking , they just remove the managers / manager of managers suddenly. when decisions appear to be driven more by personal relationships then by merits or performance. It creates an environment of distrust and uncertainty among employees. Team feels lack of job security. It crucial for employees to feel safe and secure in their roles. When CC was still establishing in Indian market, managers put in a lot of effort in convincing the candidate during the interview by explaining about the company, its culture and values. Heavy dirty politics, which is promoted by arrogant and moody hr head who think an ordinary manager. The organization india leadership team lacks the passion to be the quality leaders, it is only rather copy and forward messages. Those who are moody and arrogant get all the backing to be promoted and deserving people are sidelined.
