I’m deeply disappointed with this organization. What once felt like a dream job has turned into a nightmare due to sudden leadership changes and toxic office politics. The best managers have been let go, leaving us with zero job security. It’s disheartening to see knowledgeable individuals with high qualities are dismissed simply because they were perceived as threats. The work culture has deteriorated significantly, and it feels like no one is safe anymore. Toxic culture & Favoritism. Making 3days Hybrid model and forcing employees to quit if they don't come to office 3 days a week. HRBP tells it is policy and set up call with employees by targeting individually and fix a date and tell to resign. She was very arrogant & care free attitude said this is instruction from HR head & just inverge to make me resign. This is not just my case she has contacted same week another collague of mine & done the same. Total planned attrition phase wise which is done by showing some false allegations on employees just for internal records to cover up attrition. Leadership team needs to protect employees.
